1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using the AI Photo Generate platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Service Usage & Account Credits

Our platform uses a credit-based subscription model. Credits are granted on a monthly or yearly cycle according to your active subscription plan. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly specified. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Content Moderation & NSFW Prohibition

We maintain zero tolerance for abusive, harmful, or inappropriate platform activity. To maintain a safe and lawful platform, **you are strictly prohibited from generating, attempting to generate, or submitting prompts that involve:**

  • NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content of any kind.
  • Violence, physical threats, harassment, self-harm guidance, or gore.
  • Hate speech, racial, religious, or ethnic slurs, or discriminatory material.
  • Infringing material violating patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or privacy rights.

Our Service integrates automated content safety filters and the **Content Moderation API**. If your prompt, input image, or output generation is flagged as a violation, your request will be blocked immediately, credits consumed will not be refunded, and your account may be permanently terminated without notice.

4. Asset Licensing & Intellectual Property

All paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) include full commercial usage rights for the video and image assets you generate. You represent that your prompts do not infringe on third-party IP rights. We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the generated output for commercial or non-commercial products.

5. Subscription Billing, Upgrades, & Refunds

All subscriptions are billed securely via our merchant provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your renewal at any time. Due to the immediate computing cost of GPU cloud rendering, all payments are final and non-refundable once rendering credits have been consumed.
