- Usage Data: Prompts, image reference metadata, and generation histories.
- Billing Data: Transaction details securely managed via our payment merchant. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used solely to deliver, improve, and monitor our generative AI video and image rendering platform. This includes processing transactions, generating creative digital assets on your behalf, and preventing unauthorized or abusive activity.
3. Data Retention & Safety Filters
To deliver high-speed cloud generation, we store prompts and rendered media assets. All prompts undergo automatic content filtering via our safety API to prevent illicit or unsafe generations. Assets are stored securely in encrypted cloud buckets.
4. Strict Prohibitions & Acceptable Use
We enforce a strict content policy. In alignment with our terms, users are absolutely prohibited from submitting prompts or generating media containing:
- Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content (NSFW).
- Violence, harassment, hate speech, or gore.
- Any illegal materials or activities violating local, national, or international laws.
Violations of these guidelines will result in immediate termination of account services and billing contracts without refund.
5. Third-Party Integrations
We integrate with trusted payment processors (Dodo Payments, Mollie) and cloud infrastructure providers (Google Vertex AI, Cloudflare R2). These partners handle your data in accordance with their respective compliance and privacy frameworks.
